The ruling coalition won two-thirds majority in the National Assembly
After the election commission allotted the seats, the ruling coalition got a two-thirds majority in the National Assembly.
According to the Election Commission, the total number of members of the ruling coalition in the National Assembly has reached 230.
The government coalition includes 123 members of PML-K, 73 members of People's Party, 22 members of MQM Pakistan, 5 members of QLK, 4 members of IPPK, Muslim League Zia, one member each of Balochistan Awami Party and National Party.
It should be remembered that in the 336-member house of the National Assembly, two-thirds majority is made up of 224 members.
