Ramadan Special: Delicious and crispy bread kebabs for both Suhr and Iftar
Ingredients:
Bread, 6 slices of small double bread, 1/2 kg of minced meat, 2 tablespoons of ghee, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of ground hot spices, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper, bread cream as required.
For the filling: Coriander (chopped) 2 tablespoons, Green chillies (chopped) 2 tablespoons, Onion (chopped) 2 medium, Tomato (chopped) 1
(Mix all these things together)
Composition:
Soak the slices of double roti in water, put the mince in a bowl, add hot spices and chillies to it, mix well in the mince, squeeze the soaked slices of double roti well, then mix these slices in the mince. do.
Leave the keema for half an hour, after half an hour make small balls out of the mixture of keema and double bread, fill each ball with chopped spices and close the balls and shape them into kebabs.
Fry the double roti kebabs on very low heat and serve with salad, french fries and ketchup.
