The US launched attacks on Iranian targets
Washington: The United States has launched attacks on the bases of Iran-backed groups in Iraq and Syria.
According to a foreign news agency, the US Central Command, while confirming the attacks in Iraq and Syria, said that the US military had struck more than 85 locations in Iraq and Syria used by Iran-backed militias and the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. Attacks have been made.
He said that the attacks have targeted command and control headquarters, intelligence centers, rockets, missiles, drones and ammunition storage sites and other targets.
According to the US Central Command, 125 warheads were used in the attacks, including long-range bombers flown by the US.
A large number of casualties are being feared as a result of the American attacks.
It should be noted that 3 US soldiers were killed and more than 30 were injured in a drone attack on the border of Jordan and Syria last week, after which US President Joe Biden said that the US would retaliate against Iran.
