Sarfraz Ahmed resigns from the captaincy of Quetta Gladiators

Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Quetta Gladiators Sarfaraz Ahmed has resigned as captain.

Sources say that Sarfaraz Ahmed will be in action in PSL 9.

Sources said that Sarfaraz Ahmed has given up the captaincy on the suggestion of Shane Watson.

Sources also informed that Riley Russo will be the new captain of Quetta Gladiators while Saud Shakeel will be the vice-captain.

Quetta Gladiators will participate in their first practice session in Lahore tomorrow.

Quetta Gladiators will play their first match in PSL 9 against Peshawar Zalmi on February 18.
