Azad Kashmir Election Commission has issued arrest warrant for Ali Amin Gandapur

The Azad Kashmir Election Commission has issued an arrest warrant for PTI's nominated Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.



The case against Ali Amin Gandapur for violating the code of conduct in the general elections of Azad Kashmir is under hearing, in this case his arrest warrant has been issued.

His arrest warrant has been issued to Deputy Commissioner Dera Ismail Khan, who was directed to arrest him on February 28 and produce him before the Election Commission of Azad Kashmir.


A petition was filed against the Tehreek-e-Insaf leader during the 2021 election by lawyer Raja Zulqarnain.


During the election campaign in the Jhelum Valley, there was an incident of stone pelting and aerial firing by their guards.
