To restore relations, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian arrived in Islamabad
Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian arrived in Islamabad by special plane, he was received by the Additional Foreign Secretary at Noor Khan Airbase.
According to the sources of the Foreign Office, the Iranian Foreign Minister will hold meetings with caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar, his Pakistani counterpart Jalil Abbas Jilani and security officials, in which various issues will be discussed in detail.
During the Iranian Foreign Minister's visit, the two sides will discuss efforts to reduce the recent tensions and the fight against terrorism and bilateral issues.
Before leaving for Pakistan, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian said that we will not allow enemies to target friendship, peace and security in the region, security can only be achieved through good neighborliness.
Amir Abdullahian was bid farewell at Tehran Airport by Mudassar Tipu, the Pakistani ambassador to Iran, and Iranian officials.
