The court ordered to confiscate the property of 51 accused including PTI founder Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Parvez Elahi in the May 9 attack and arson case on Gujranwala Cantt.
In the Anti-Terrorism Court, Gujranwala, the process of declaring 51 suspects involved in the case as criminals is going on. On the order of the court, advertisements have been displayed at the houses of the accused and important places in the city
Non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued for the accused. In the case, terrorism has also been charged with murder.
The list of 51 accused includes the founder of PTI, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Parvaiz Elahi, Yasmin Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhry, Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, Farrukh Habib, Umar Ayub, Ali Amin Gandapur, Zartaj Gul, Zubair Niazi, Akram Sahi, Shaukat. The names of Bhatti, Ahmed Chatta, Bilal Ejaz and Zafarullah Cheema are included.
