Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan's request for further physical remand rejected

The Accountability Court rejected NAB's request for further physical remand of former Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.



Accountability Court Islamabad Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the case in Adiala Jail. Former chairman PTI was again presented to the accountability court after the two-day physical remand was completed, the NAB team informed the court about the progress during the physical remand.

During the hearing, NAB requested for 3-day physical remand of PTI founder. Rejecting this, the court sent the ex-chairman PTI to judicial remand for 14 days.


It should be noted that on the previous hearing, the accountability court had approved the two-day physical remand of the former prime minister.
