The PP candidate arrived on a donkey cart to submit nomination papers
Pakistan People's Party candidate from Lyari and former Sindh Assembly member Javed Naguri arrived on donkey cart to submit the documents.
PP leader Javed Naguri submitted papers from National Assembly Constituency NA 239 and Provincial Assembly Constituency PS 106. The difficult phase of submission of nomination papers for Election 2024 has been completed.
Candidates for national and provincial seats submitted their papers. Despite Sunday being a holiday, all returning officers, assistant officers and staff across the country were present at the RO office.
On this occasion, strict security arrangements were made outside the offices of Returning and Assistant Returning Officers.
Earlier in 2018, Jamshed reached the returning officer's office on a donkey cart to submit nomination papers by hand, while in Gujranwala, Tehreek-e-Insaf's former district general secretary Anjum Iqbal along with his supporters submitted nomination papers sitting on a donkey.
On this occasion, PP Karachi Division General Secretary Javed Naguri said that he had come on a donkey to submit his nomination papers to raise the dignity of the poor.
