Tehreek-e-Insaf's announcement to go to the Supreme Court against the rejection of documents
Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced to approach the Supreme Court against the rejection of nomination papers.
The central leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf, Dr. Babar Awan, speaking to the media in the Islamabad High Court, said that the constitution does not prevent anyone from contesting elections, nomination papers have been taken away from people here, more than 300 nomination papers have been rejected.
Babar Awan further said that we are going to the Supreme Court against these tactics, Tehreek-e-Insaf will contest the election at any cost, this was our strategy to field our candidate from each constituency.
He said that the High Court has given permission, the founder PTI will issue the ticket itself, hopefully, we will get justice from the Supreme Court.
