In the absence of bat sign, PTI will also lose 227 reserved seats for women and minorities in the Senate and the National Assembly, including the Provincial Assemblies.
In case PTI does not get relief from judiciary, PTI will face a big loss in general election as well as in specific seats and in senate election they will not get any seat based on this election.
According to the constitution reserved seats are allotted only to registered parties and parties fighting on one electoral symbol, out of 266 general seats in the current National Assembly, 141 are from Punjab, 61 from Sindh, 45 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 16 from Balochistan and 16 from Islamabad. There are 3 circles.
Under this quota, according to Article 106 of the Constitution, out of the general 593 seats of the Provincial Assembly, 297 seats of Punjab, 130 seats of Sindh, 115 seats of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 51 seats of Balochistan are fixed in the constitution and constituencies have been done accordingly.
