PTI activist Khadija Shah remained on bail
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist and renowned fashion designer Khadija Shah has been released on bail.
According to Quetta Police, Khadija Shah has been released due to lack of evidence in the case.
Police officials say that Khadija Shah was on police remand for her involvement in the May 9 incidents.
According to Jang, the police say that Khadija Shah was transferred from Lahore to Quetta on December 12 on transit remand.
Khadija Shah was to be produced in the Anti-Terrorism Court today after completing her 6-day remand.
The police released Khadija Shah on bail instead of producing her in court.
On the other hand, Khadija Shah's lawyer Iqbal Shah has also filed a request to end the case in the anti-terrorism court of Quetta.
