First snowfall of winter in Ziarat, possibility of rain in various cities including Islamabad

After the first snowfall of this winter in Ziarat city of Balochistan, the intensity of cold has increased. Streets and mountains turned white due to late night snowfall in Wadi Ziarat and surrounding areas.

The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir and snowfall in the mountains. Some plain areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are also likely to be covered with fog.

The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain and drizzle in Islamabad, while snowfall on mountains in Dir, Chitral, Swat, Kohistan, Balakot, Mansehra, Abbottabad.

On the other hand, the weather in Karachi is likely to remain dry and cool at night during the next 24 hours.
