Dollar adjustment, people deprived of Rs 10.70 per liter relief on petrol
The caretaker government has deprived the people of the relief of Rs 10 70 paise per liter by maintaining the price of petrol from December 1.
According to the report of Moqar Qaumi newspaper, due to the increase in PSO exchange adjustment on petrol, citizens lost the relief of 10 rupees 70 paise per liter on petrol.
Due to the dollar adjustment, the public could not get relief in the prices of petroleum products, sources said that citizens lost relief of Rs 10 and 70 paisa per liter on petrol and 20 paisa per liter on high speed diesel.
Sources said that per liter petrol exchange adjustment was increased by 14 rupees 17 paise and PSO exchange adjustment was imposed on petrol by 3 rupees 21 paise per liter.
According to the newspaper report, earlier PSO exchange adjustment on petrol was Rs 10.96 negative.
Sources further said that the PSO exchange adjustment has been increased by 45 paisa per liter of diesel and the PSO exchange adjustment has been increased to Rs 2.67.
Earlier, the exchange adjustment per diesel per liter was Rs 2.22.
