"Pervez Khattak Accuses PTI Chief of Pursuing Presidential System for Personal Gain"

Pervez Khattak, a member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) parliamentarians, alleged on Saturday that the PTI chief aimed to implement the presidential system in the country for personal interests. Speaking in Buner, Khattak criticized the previous government, attributing the PTI's success to the support of the Pakhtuns.

Khattak asserted that, during his tenure as prime minister, the PTI chief behaved more like a dictator than a representative of the masses, accusing him of staging a drama under the banner of Naya Pakistan. He also took a swipe at the previous rulers, blaming them for leaving the country in debt.

In a separate address in Lower Dir, Khattak continued his critique of the PTI chief, claiming that the party treated elected representatives like "Pharaohs." He emphasized the PTI's commitment to uplifting the country and condemned the alleged harm caused by the previous rulers, whom he referred to as "looters."
